I just went back to Florida about four weeks ago and needed to do a lot with getting new car insurance, etc. James was excellent in assisting me and accomplishing getting my insurance in place for when I was ready to go to the DMV. Five stars is definitely not enough - there should be 10! Usually, dealing with this type of transaction makes me uneasy and stressed. Honestly, this was as easy as talking with a best friend. James did everything to provide the best product available for our specific needs. He is a great communicator and explains thing simply and thoroughly. At no time did he ever make us feel uncomfortable for asking even a simple question. He is very personable, as well as highly professional. I have no reservations in recommending this agency, and James specifically.
